    • Chopping board
    • Peeler
    • Chefs knife
    • Slow Juicer
    • Blender
    • Jug
    • Mixing bowl
    • Serving glasses

    Ingredients
      

    Juice

    • 200 g Pineapple
    • 200 g Celery
    • 100 g Cucumber
    • 20 g Spinach
    • 2 each Apple
    • 1 each Lime peeled

    Blend

    • 150 g Avocado
    Prevent your screen from going dark while cooking

    Method
     

    • Assemble and wash the ingredients.
    • Juice the pineapple, apple, celery, cucumber, spinach, and lime.
    • Transfer this juice to the blender along with the avocado
    • Blend on high for about 20-30 seconds until creamy and smooth.
    • Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
